My Rating & Verdict of About Endlessness Movie. To be frank, except at a couple of places, I am largely disappointed with this film. Short, bittersweet and exquisitely imagined, Roy Andersson's latest compilation of mordant existential sketches finds him on familiar turf, and that's fine. Fittingly, "About Endlessness" is narrated by a young girl who speaks from an undefined future, and "remembers" each story for us as if she's blindly reaching for them in the dark. This more than any other reason is why "About Endlessness" is so clearly different from the director's last three films. About Endlessness is everything you'd come to expect from Roy Andersson at this point and I loved it.
